Referring to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public access to EU documents and to the 'Aarhus Regulation' (see note), I would herewith like to ask for access to the minutes of the following meetings:

-6/04/2020 video conferencing between Kadri Simson and Hydrogen Europe (HE) on Green hydrogen for decarbonising the economy and the energy system, impact of the current crisis on the hydrogen industry and their role in a Green Recovery

-8/04/2020 video conferencing between Simson cabinet (Kitti Nyitrai Laure Chapuis-Kombos Stefano Grassi ) and TOTAL S.A. on Impact of Covid-19 on oil sector, role of clean energy investment for recovery; gas sector (LNG, hydrogen, clean transition); low carbon electricity & solar; Green Deal.

To the extent possible, I prefer the documents in electronic format. Documents that cannot be sent in electronic format should be sent to Lala Hakuma DADCI, 27 rue de Chartres, 75018 Paris
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
I reserve the right to appeal.

position to complete the handling of your application within the time

An extended time limit is needed for thorough analysis as to the
