Dear Mr Spekschoor,

Thank you for your interest in the work of the European Fisheries Control
Agency. The Agency's primary role is to organise coordination and
cooperation between national control and inspection activities so that the
rules of the Common Fisheries Policy are respected and applied
effectively.

Regarding the issue of Engine Power, the only available document on the
issue involving EFCA so far are the minutes of the Expert Group on
Compliance on 10-11 April 2019 in which the Commission indicates this can
be an area in which EFCA may be able to assist Member States. You may
access the full document here:

Kind regards,

Patricia Sánchez
