Dear Ms Cann,

Thank you for your e-mail dated 2/04/2012, registered on 3/04/2012,
requesting access to documents under Regulation No 1049/2001  regarding
public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.

Please find attached the documents that we received from the Human
Resources Unit in DG ENTR.

I must, however, remind you that they cannot be reproduced or disseminated
for commercial purposes unless the Commission has first been consulted.

DG ENTR staff is informed of the rules on Ethics and integrity in several
ways:

* All newcomers take part to a mandatory training during which half an
hour is dedicated to Ethics and integrity (PowerPoint presentation is
attached);
* A half-day training on Ethics (complete with a workshop on practical
cases) is mandatory for all staff (PowerPoint presentation is
attached);
* A page is dedicated to the topic on the DG's intranet, with links to
all necessary forms;
* A vade-mecum (attached) is available on the intranet webpage. The
vade-mecum contains practical examples as well;
* A reminder is sent yearly by the Resources Director to Heads of Units
and staff.

Kind regards,
