for access to documents, registered on 03 February 2022 under the above
mentioned reference number.

In your request you asked for:

o   all negotiation reports, minutes of meetings, transcribes between DG

The description given in your application does not enable us to identify
concrete documents, which would correspond to your request.

We therefore invite you, in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation
(EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents, to provide us with
more detailed information on the documents you request, such as the
specific EPAs, stakeholders and defined time period(s), and if you request
reports of official negotiation rounds, and to EPAs that in the end are
effectively implemented, excluding those which are only initiated, but not
implemented?

orientation.

Dear Madam,

We refer to your e-mail of  03 February 2022 in which you make a request
for access to documents, registered on 03 February 2022 under the above
mentioned reference number, and to your reply of 07 February 2022 to our
clarification request of 04 February 2022.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 24 February 2022.

An extended time limit is needed as the application concerns documents
held by different Services, which must be consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 17 March 2022.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
