EEAS ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS, European External Action Service

Dear Ms Verheecke,

Since the political agreement to establish a joint working group between the EU and relevant ASEAN Member States (see link) was made on 21 January, i.e. the day before yesterday, the group has not yet been formed. Consequently, it has not yet any members, procedures, timeline, established frequency or minutes (since no meetings have been held).
For these reasons we are not yet in a position to process your request for documents relating to it.

Kind regards,

EEAS ACCESS-TO-DOCUMENTS
