Statement on the Implementation of the EU-China Energy Cooperation signed
in 2019 which outlines the current overall political framework for the
EU-China energy relations. The Joint Statement was signed by then Climate
Action and Energy Commissioner Miguel Arias Cañete and his Chinese
counterpart, Zhang Jianhua, the Administrator of the National Energy
Administration of China.
