Dear Permanent Representation of Ireland to the EU,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

As you must be aware of the EU Treaty rights section of Irish Immigration. EUTR refusing tons of EU family member applications and ultimately it’s going through a legal battle which is time killing and expensive for the Applicant and it’s a punishment.

I would like to request the information that “from 2016, after the UK referendum (Brexit)
1. How many UK citizens ( who exercised their treaty rights in Ireland) family members (Non-EU- Qualified/Permitted) applications for residence permit were refused in Ireland?
2. How many EU Family Member Residence Application Refusal cases were in the court against Justice Ministry?
3. How many Cases Justice ministry offered settlement outside the court?
4. How many cases MOJ Offered settlement twice (Same Case) outside the Court?

Yours faithfully,
A British Citizen who is a resident and exercised Treaty rights in Ireland
