Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'EU Integrated Border Management in Lebanon Phase 3 (Project)'.

On 1 September we received an initial reply to a delayed FOI and our earlier confirmatory application was therefore closed and we were told to submit a new one, if needed. As the response is that DG Home holds no document, we wish to submit a new confirmatory application in order to initiate a review.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/eu_in...
