Dear Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations,
Please send this on to the Secretary General's Service.
The way this request was handeld is unacceptable.
The confirmatory appeal had expired.
The fact that DG NEAR then sent a so-called initial reply is outside the legal time limit.
And, no documents can be identified.
Which raises resious questions about the way this peer review was handeld, apparently outside formal procedures? And based on wrong legal basis?!
Considering the seriousness of these facts, we expect a proper internal investigation and reply on behalf of the European Commission within the framework of Regulation 1049/2001.
Yours faithfully,
Arun Dohle
