Dear Secretariat General (SG),
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Secretariat General (SG)'s handling of my FOI request 'EU Staff Regulation - article 11a and 16 dealing with pre and post-employment conflict of interest'.
I would be grateful if you could provide me access to relevant documents and information showing if Mr Adrian Barnett (a former senior staff of European Commission, i.e. Head of Department of European Commission Human Resources)ceased his employment contract with EC. If yes, when this happened?
If contract ceased, is Mr Adrian Barnett still a collaborator of European Commission /IDOC (in receipt of part time amounts/salary)?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/eu_st...
Yours faithfully,
Kurt Weiss
