Dear Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion (EMPL),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I am requesting copies of all documentation/correspondence sent to the Irish Minister/Department of Health from any institution of the European Union, including the European Commission, relating to the European Working Time Directive from 2009 to date.

I also request under the regulation copies of all correspondence sent by the Department of Health to any institution of the European Union, including the European Commission, relating to the European Working Time Directive from 2009 to date.
