Fabio Sarzi Amadè

my name is Fabio Sarzi Amadè, I'm writing from Italy. I would like to know how "the new support package"... "in line with the current priorities as expressed by the Ukrainian government " ... "In this light, the assistance measures consist of €490 million for military equipment designed to deliver lethal force for defensive purposes"(literally copied from the offical site) will be carried out. Money goes to buy military equipment produced in EU and assigned by an open competition among weapon constructors? Timing of that? Is there a call for tender and is it visible? And once weapon are bought, how do they get to Ukraine and how is the criteria to be allocated? All the articles mention the financial side but nothing more on the practical supply and deliver.

Thanks for your attention and reply.

Fabio Sarzi Amadè
