There were two preparatory committees before the Board of Governors
meeting on 3-5 December 2012: the Joint Teaching Committee on 11-12

You will find enclosed all documents concerning both committees and those
relating the Board of Governors meeting on 3-5 December 2012.

Concerning the follow up, we do not dispose of any formal or draft minutes
of the BoG meeting of December 2012, yet.

I put the Secretary-General of the European Schools, Mr. Kivinen, in copy
of this mail. The Secretariat-General of the European Schools drafts the

Secretariat General of the European Commission

Dear Sir / Madam,

Subject: access to information request - EURSC board of governors meeting 3-5 December 2012 --- Ref.Gestdem 2013/156

We refer to your e-mail dated 29/01/2013 in which you make a request for correspondence between citizens and others and the office of the president and the responsible vice president and with the responsible directorate related to the Commission preparation for, attendance at and follow up from, the EURSC board of governors meeting 3-5 December 2012.

Your application is currently being handled. However we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 19/02/2013.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 12/03/2013.
We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,

Usoa SAGUES
