Dear International Cooperation and Development,

Thank you for your response and for the attention that you are giving to my request. I understand the reason for the delay. I am curious whether you expect the full 15 additional working days will be necessary; if not, I would greatly appreciate if you could share a (non-binding) estimate of when the documents will be ready. This information would be very helpful to me as I plan to meet forthcoming research deadlines.

Yours faithfully,

Eric Nodge

Dear Mr Nodge,

The extension of the deadline for a reply is done in accordance with
article 7(3) of Regulation 1049/2001, as indicated in the extension
letter.

We understand that for needs of your research deadlines an estimation of
when the documents will be ready would be useful; however, we are not able
to provide you with one as this will vary according to different factors
and administrative constraints, also taking into account the current
COVID-19 crisis.

We thank you for your understanding and apologise for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
