Exchange of letters with Egyptian government on Libya anti-smuggling operation

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
An exchange of letters between the EEAS and Egyptian officials (from the Foreign, Interior and/or Defense ministries) related to the Common Security and Defense Policy (CSDP) anti-smuggling operation in and off the coasts of Libya, beginning from any time since the start of the year 2015.

Thank you for your e-mail dated 11/7/2015, registered on 13/7/2015,
requesting access to documents under Regulation No 1049/2001 [1] regarding
public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents
(that the EEAS is also respecting).
We understand from your request that you would like to have access to the
exchange of letters between the EEAS and Egyptian officials (from the
Foreign, Interior and/or Defense ministries) related to the Common
Security and Defense Policy (CSDP) anti-smuggling operation in and off the
coasts of Libya, beginning from any time since the start of the year 2015.
We have examined your request and asked the responsible Division identify
any document you are looking for. After extensive search they have not
identified any document matching your request.
