- all minutes and other reports of these meetings;
- all correspondence, including attachements (i.e. any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) between the EEAS (including the High Representative and the Cabinet) and Facebook or any intermediaries representing its interests; and

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any doubts or question in regards to this confirmatory application.

Thank you in advance.

Dear European External Action Service,

Many thanks for your response, in which you mention that EEAS representatives attended one information meeting, one event and one information briefing hosted by Facebook.

Although you have mentioned that no minutes were keep for any of these encounters, could you please confirm if the EEAS holds, as per my initial request:
- any correspondence, including attachements, regarding these encounters? An example would be the invitation to attend these meetings/events, or any follow-up correspondence.
- and any documents prepared for the purpose of the meeting and/or exchanged during the course of the meeting? An example would be the programmes for those events, lists of attendees, or any documents Facebook might have prepared and distributed to attendees.

Many thanks in advance.

Yours sincerely,

Luisa Izuzquiza
