I refer to your request below for document “the fitness check that was
conducted after the 'dieselgate' regarding emissions of diesel light duty

The European Commission has not conducted a fitness check matching this
description. However, the following Briefing Paper was published in
February 2019 by the European Court of Auditors: "The EU’s response to the
“dieselgate” scandal",

Could you please confirm if this is the document you meant, and if not,
please provide more information on the document requested, such as a
