FOI request, lobby meetings on EU-US trade talks

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, European External Action Service should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

To whom it may concern at the EEAS.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting a list of all lobby meetings held by the Delegation of the European Union to the United States since 1 January 2019, in which a coming EU-US trade deal has been discussed. The list should include: date, attendees, the name of the organisation(s) attending, and a more precise topic if that exists.

I would appreciate if you could take the Commission’s code of good administrative behaviour into account when dealing with this request.

Kind regards,

Kenneth Haar
