Fort Vert

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Migration and Home Affairs should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I would hereby like to request all communiques, documents and finance related files regarding the nature reserve Fort Vert (located in Calais, France: http://www.conservatoire-du-littoral.fr/...). I would also like to see these additional questions answered:

1. How much funding has been put into this specific nature reserve by the EU? And through which funding channels has this gone?
2. The site of the former migrant camp The Jungle is the latest addition to the nature reserve Fort Vert: in what way has the Migration and Home Office been involved in the development of this part of Fort Vert?
3. When was decided that the former Jungle site was to be turned into a nature reserve? Who made that decision and in what way was the EU involved in that?
4. In what way has the EU been of influence on the landscape design of Fort Vert?
5. In what way have matters of security and border enforcement been of influence on the landscape design of Fort Vert, specifically the newly added site that is the former Jungle?

Yours faithfully,

H Rullmann
