Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- copies of correspondence between DG Home staff, and authorities of the 53 aforementioned countries, as it relates to the JRS programme.
Yours faithfully,
Anas Ambri

Dear [email address],
Apologies for failing to reach you at the agreed time: some technical issues got in the way.
To help with the processing of my request, I would like to offer the following clarification:
The original request included copies of correspondence between DG Home staff, and authorities of 53 countries, intended to be included as part of FRONTEX' JRS programme. I would like to limit the scope to:
- correspondence regarding providing operational support through capacity building that would be given to local authorities of third countries as part of the JRS program.
- Excluded from the scope is any correspondence as it relates to negotiation around or implementation of readmission agreements.
Hope this helps. Otherwise, I would be more than happy to get in touch over the phone, as it was originally suggested.
Yours sincerely,
Anas Ambri
Dear [email address],
The time limit for my application has expired yesterday. Any update on when the application will be handled?

Anas Ambri
