Frontex operations related to June 13th shipwreck in the Greek SRR

Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain information related to the shipwreck wich happened on June 13th of this year, in the Greek SRR.

More precisely, could you share :
- the flight paths, logbooks and communications between Frontex headquarters and each Frontex aircraft flying on June 13th.
- correspondence between Frontex and any other participant in this distress case, including (but not limited to) Greek coastguards and the Greek MRCC
- any serious incident report (SIR) filed regarding this distress case

- Frontex internal correspondence regarding this distress case, from June 13th and the date this request will be treated
- Frontex internal correspondence regarding cooperation beetween Frontex and Greece, from June 13th and the date this request will be treated

- correspondence of the Fundamental Rights Office related to this incident and/or to the cooperation between Frontex and Greece
- correspondence from the Management Board related to this incident and/or to the cooperation between Frontex and Greece

I define “correspondence” as including (but not limited to) the following:
- Emails (and their attachments)
- Text messages shared by phone, Whatsapp, Signal, Telegram, or any internal chat service
- Letters
- Memos
- Briefings
- Research documents
- Minutes and/or notes taken during telephone conversations
- Minutes and/or notes taken during meetings/invitations
