Dear Health and Food Safety,
Thank you for sending the documents.
I have two questions:
In document 8 (minutes of the BTO meeting SANTE/GTF held on on 13 January
2016), it is stated „TF agreed to submit in coming days additional information as
regards market and their argumentaire on IARC.“
No such document or was listed however. Was any further information submitted by GTF until 1 April 2016?
I would also like to officially request the disclosure of any further correspondence between DG SANTE and GTF up until now.
In document 15 it is stated "If a reading room is agreeable, there will be a need to
communicate on the approach chosen and agreed in this exceptional case,
and EFSA Communication unit will coordinate with SANTE Communication
unit. Industry may do their own, but independent, communication.“
I would therefore like to officially request any follow-up communication within the Commission, with EFSA and/or with industry on the issue of a reading room, and on the issue of communication around it, up until now.
Yours faithfully,
Nina Holland
