Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1- A database with all the grants given since 2010 by DG CLIMATE, which contains the name of the beneficiary, its unique identifier, the type of organization (NGO, association, company, etc.), the name of the main person in charge of the organization, the postal address of the organization, the total amount of the credit, and a link to the call of proposal for which that grant was made effective. If the database contains any other information that is not personal information, please send it too.

2- A database with all the contracts made by DG CLIMATE since 2010, which contains the name of the beneficiary, its unique identifier, the type of organization (NGO, association, company, etc.), the name of the main person responsible for the organization, the postal address of the organization, the total amount of the credit and a link to the call of tender for which that contract was made effective. If the database contains any other information that is not personal information, please send it too.

I would appreciate if you could send me this information in an accessible format (.cvs, .xls, .xlsx).

Yours faithfully,

Josefina Martí
