Guidance on access to documents requests
Dear Secretariat General (SG),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents :
A copy of any memorandum or other note or guidance produced and/or circulated in 2014 to date by the Secretariat General which refers to the policy for handling requests for access to documents.
I am in particular interested in any documents containing references to the policy on obtaining the postal addresses and/or identification documents of requesters.
