Dear Mr Rotherham,

 

We refer to your e-mail dated 03/05/2015 in which you make a request for
access to documents to the Legal Service of the Commission. Your
application was registered under 2016/2751 then reattributed to us and we
are currently handling it.  

 

As we were not able to complete the handling of your application within
the time limit of 15 working days, which expires today, we have extended
the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new
time limit expires on 29/06/2016.

 

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
