HOME's 2015 action plan on migrant smuggling in Mediterannean

The request was partially successful.

Dear Home Affairs (HOME),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting:

- A register of documents produced within the framework of HOME's planned 2015 action plan on migration and smuggling of persons in the Mediterranean;
- Studies conducted or commissioned by HOME related to people smuggling, human trafficking and migration in the Mediterranean in preparation for the 2015 action plan;
- Consultations, conducted or commissioned by HOME in coordination with other EU bodies and external organizations, in preparation for the 2015 action plan;

I will be sending similar requests to related EU bodies engaged with migration issues. I trust you will coordinate with my request and I keenly look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Yours faithfully,

Tom Rollins
