Dear Mr Sheridam,
Subject: Your application for access to documents – Ref GestDem No
2013/0592
We have examined your request and see that is a very broadly formulated
request, which would require extensive searches on different locations. It
is not really feasible to retrieve documents on these criteria. In
particular, on "legislation surrounding …" for the first point and "All
communications between the Commission and the Irish authorities" for the
second point. The description given in your application does not enable us
to identify concrete documents which would correspond to your request.
Consequently, we are unable to handle your request in its present form. We
would kindly ask you to make a more targeted request.
The 15 working days the time limit for handling your application will
start running when we receive the requested clarifications.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Yours faithfully,
