Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation ECB/2004/3, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) All records in the possession of the ECB in relation to any proposed Irish legislation surrounding IBRC (known as the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Bill 2013).

2) All communications between the ECB (its board, president or staff) and the Irish authorities (be they staff, politicians, ministers, departments) between February 4, 2013 and February 7, 2013, inclusive.

access to 1) all records in the possession of the ECB in relation to any 
proposed Irish legislation surrounding IBRC (known as the Irish

Bank Resolution Corporation Bill 2013): 2) all communications between the

The ECB intended to reply to your request of 7 February 2013 for access to
ECB documents within the time limit provided by Decision ECB/2004/3 (i.e.,
by the end of this week).

Much to our regret we will not be able to respect this deadline owing to
the unforeseen absence of the Director General Secretariat, who, in
accordance with Article 7.1 of the Decision, grants access to the
requested documents or states the reasons for partial or total refusal of
disclosure. You will receive the ECB's reply to your request in the course
of next week.
