Dear Mr Teffer,

We refer to your request for access to documents, registered on 15/06/2020
under the above-mentioned reference number.

The description given in your application does not enable us to identify
concrete documents which would correspond to your request. We therefore
invite you, pursuant to Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001
regarding public access to documents, to provide us with more detailed
information on the documents that you seek to obtain.  Could you please
let us know if the scope of your request covers also the procurement stage
or only documents and correspondence after the signature of the contract
with the four involved contractors mentioned?

If you need assistance in clarifying or specifying your application,
please let us know.

In accordance with Article 2, third paragraph of the Implementing Rules to

Dear Madam, Sir,

I'm writing to clarify my access to documents request which was registered on 15/06/2020 under reference number GESTDEM 2020/3630.

On 16 June, you asked whether the scope of my request also covered the procurement stage. It does not. I am only interested in documents and correspondence after the signature of the contract with the four involved contractors mentioned - as well as any other discussion within the DG related to this procurement´s progress (post-signature).

All the best,
Peter Teffer

Dear Mr Teffer,

We refer to your requests for access to documents, registered on 15 June
2020 under the above mentioned reference numbers.

Your applications are currently being handled. However, we will not be in
a position to complete the handling of your applications within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 6 July 2020.

An extended time limit is needed as in order to retrieve the documents
requested, large files have to be examined and part of the documents
requested originate from third parties which have been consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 28 July 2020.

We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours sincerely,

DG GROW – Access to documents team
