Indonesia's 'CPO Fund'

Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) Any documents, including emailed correspondences held by the EU mission in Indonesia or the EEAS, pertaining to Indonesia's 'CPO Fund.'

2) Any documents, including emailed correspondences held by the EU mission in Indonesia or the EEAS, pertaining to Indonesian Presidential Decree (Perpres) No. 61/2015 on Collection and Utilization on Palm Oil Plantation Fund (Penghimpunan dan Penggunaan Dana Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit), which was issued this year by President Joko Widodo's administration.

Thank you for your e-mail dated 11/6/2015, registered on 11/6/2015,
requesting access to documents under Regulation No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents 
(that the EEAS is also respecting).

 

We understand from your request that you would like to have access to any
documents, including emailed correspondences held by the EU mission in
Indonesia or the EEAS, pertaining to Indonesia's 'CPO Fund.' Any
documents, including emailed correspondences held by the EU mission in
Indonesia or the EEAS, pertaining to Indonesian Presidential Decree
(Perpres) No. 61/2015 on Collection and Utilization on Palm Oil Plantation

We have examined your request and asked the responsible Division in
headquarter of the EEAS in Brussels, and the Delegation in Indonesia
identify any document you are looking for.  They have not identified any
document matching your request. We have checked also the Document
Management Data Base of the EEAS however we have not identified any
document matching your request.
