Industry letters and meeting reports on green hydrogen
Dear Climate Action,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) the "Third Joint Industry Letter on Green Hydrogen / Delegated Act RED II", which was sent to DG Clima on 24 March 2022 . The email (https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/1184...), via which the letter was sent, was released as part of request 2022/5330 - but not the letter itself.
2) the first and second industry letters on green hydrogen/ the delegated acts for RED II, which were sent on 9 September 2021 and on 9 December 2021 respectively. The letters are referred to in the emails, which you released as part of request 2022/5330.
3) Notes and other types of reports from the following meetings:
- Aleksandra Tomczak with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) on Perspectives for international hydrogen trade with the EU, 22/03/2022
- Video call of Aleksandra Tomczak with Kreab/ Emerson Electric Co. on Green hydrogen imports into the EU and the additionality delegated act, 13/06/2022
- Video call of Aleksandra Tomczak with Agora Energiewende on the Hydrogen delegated act, 28/07/2022

Dear Ms Eberhardt,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 30.11.2022 under case number 2022/6970.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 21.12.2022.
Your application concerns a very large number of documents, part of the
documents requested originate from third parties and are held by different
Services.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
