Information about social benefits and parental(paternity) leave in Poland while mother works in Greece

We're waiting for Christos Chatzis to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like to know what are my social(family-after the birth of the child) benefits as i work currently on a full-time employment contract of definite period (till June 2019) in Poland while my partner(not wife) is 3 months pregnant living and working legally in Greece. More specifically i would like to know all the necessary info(amount of time and salary %) regarding my allowance for parental(paternity) leave in Poland considering both scenarios - either the company is about to extend my contract or not- in case my wife doesnt take any maternity leave in Greece. Please take under consideration that we are both Greek citizens. Thank you in advance and i will be looking forward to your reply.

Yours faithfully,
Mr. Chatzis
