Information about the RSB's opinion on the New Competition Tool

The request was successful.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- the summary of the NCAs New Competition Tool consultation;

- all available written information on the Commission's meeting with the
Regulatory Scrutiny Board on the New Competition Tool on 10 September 2020;

- The Regulatory Scrutiny Board's final opinion on the NCT incl. all annexes. In particular, the RSB's opinion on the compatibility of an NCT with A. 114 of the Treaty.

Considering the current situation and challenges it presents for post delivery, I would appreciate receiving all the replies electronically via the asktheeu.org website.

Yours faithfully,

Max Bank
