Information Freedom Law

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Permanent Representation of Hungary to the EU should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Permanent Representation of Hungary to the EU,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Would it be consistent with the EU laws that when a Hungarian citizen requests public data that this can be charged?

Is this something regulated by Hungary itself, or is there any specific (please point it) EU regulation about the information freedom, that cannot be charged?

Yours faithfully,

SZ. Daniel

Dear Permanent Representation of Hungary to the EU,

Please respond ASAP.

Yours faithfully,

SZ. Daniel
