Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- What data, including both personal and non-personal forms, are currently being shared with non EU member states with regards to return and/or migration management.

- Are there currently plans for changing these types, and if so, which ones.

- What countries is it being shared with, and whether they are all receiving the same types of data or if there are differences, what these differences are.

- Which types of data are currently or in the future planned to involve automated transfer of data.

To clarify, the request pertains to documents not only on data shared by Frontex, but also data shared by, or at the request of, member states, involving systems/databases that Frontex either manages or has access to.

Yours faithfully,
Boudewijn van Eerd
