Dear AccesDocs,

Please can I also note, for clarity in relation to my first request:

"The number of social media adverts (to include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) commissioned in the Irish language in the period 2014 to present. Adverts to include video, promotes tweets, sponsored content on Facebook and Instagram."

I am seeking a list of all those advertisements that have been taken out and the topic they were on.

Our ref.: A(2019)1523

Dear Mr Mahon,

In response to your application A(2019)1523 for access to documents
containing information on social media adverts in the Irish language in
the period 2014 to present, the Parliament extensively assessed the
documents it holds and determined that it does not hold documents with the
information you are seeking access to.

The public's right of access to documents of the Institutions established
by Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, and of which you availed yourself by
submitting your application, only covers existing documents and not
information in the wider meaning of the word. Unfortunately, in view of
its limited resources, Parliament cannot and does not gather, compute and
collate information into documents for the sole purpose of replying to
applications for access to documents.

In view of the foregoing, Parliament hereby closes your application file.
However, please do not hesitate to submit a new application should you be
interested in accessing specific parliamentary documents.

Kind regards,

TU
