Information regarding Lesbos refugee camp

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Migration and Home Affairs should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- All the discussion in the meetings, conclusions, lines, activities or any document released about the Lesbos refugee camp at centre of Greek, regarding the (apparently) misuse of EU funds.
- All the discussion in the meetings, conclusions, regarding the EU-Turkey Statement (EU-Turkey Deal), adopted on 18 March 2016. Specifically regarding the condition of the refugee camp.

On the other hand, I would like to have the following information if is posible:

- The list of the refugees camps register or existing inside in the EU. Their locations, borders, names, and statistics of refugees in each of them.
-The budged that the EU gives to each refugee camp (if they give so).

Thank you in advance.

This is my postal address:

Calle Bayona, 2, 28028, Madrid, España.

Yours faithfully,

Gisella Rojas
