Dear Health and Food Safety,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The prevalence of non-communicable diseases in the EU member states is one of the key problems of the 21st century, and the COVID-19 pandemic is causing it to intensify even further. What institutions within the EU deal with the issue of healthy eating (which could be a solution to this problem) and what institutional solutions have been implemented? I mean both - permanent bodies such as DG Sanco or EFSA, but also specific institutions such as the EU platform for diet, physical activity and health.
