Dear ve_agri.access documents(AGRI),

Thank you very much for the reply. Just a quick follow up: the document you sent me is an email chain setting up a meeting for the 24 of April 2018. I see from the public lists of meetings of Commissioner Hogan and his cabinet member both met with Google that day.

In my request, I asked for all documents relating to those meetings, including all documents prepared for the purpose of the meeting and/or exchanged during the course of the meeting (such as briefings) and the minutes and other reports of these meetings.

Could you please check whether such documents exist for these meetings?

Yours sincerely,

Margarida da Silva
