Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- a list of lobby meetings held by this DG with Google or its intermediaries. The list should include: date, individuals attending + organisational affiliation, the issues discussed;
- minutes and other reports of these meetings;
- all correspondence including attachments (i.e. any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) between this DG (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and Google or any intermediaries representing its interests.
- All documents prepared for the purpose of the meeting and/or exchanged during the course of the meeting

on 12 March 2019 under reference number GestDem 2019/1484.

 

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application
will be handled within 15 working days. The time limit will expire on 2

Dear Ms Da Silva,

 

We refer to your request for access to documents dated 7 March 2019,
registered on 12 March 2019 under the above mentioned reference number.

 

We are not in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires today. In order to
retrieve the documents requested, large files have to be examined.

 

In accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents we have to extend the time limit by 15 working
days, the new deadline is set for 26 April 2019.

 

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
