To the Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Dear sir or madam.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- The internal rules and guidelines that govern the award of a contract to do consultancy work for the European Commission, including documents guiding procedures to assess potential conflicts of interest or a professional conflicting interest.

For your convenience I want to point out that I have requested similar documents on an earlier occasion, namely in a request to DG FISMA (registered on 4 May 2020, GESTDEM 2020/2525). On 16 June 2020 I received a redacted version of the Vademecum. As far as that document is concerned, I would be satisfied with a version of the current Vademecum redacted in a similar fashion.

Yours sincerely,

Kenneth Haar
