Dear Mr Syme,

You requested the following under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public

We understand that you refer to phase I and phase II merger investigations
under the EU Merger Regulation (Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004).

releases and public versions of decisions). You can retrieve the
information you are seeking by using our search tool available under the
following link:

Sirs

The Phase II information is helpful, but the information is incomplete.

The Phase I information requested was the reference number and names of state aid investigations opened which are not categorised as Phase II investigations. The notification list is different to that. Therefore I respectfully ask for the information I originally requested on Phase I investigations.

Thanks

Gabriel
