Italian law on quality of dairy products

The request was refused by Agriculture and Rural Development.

Dear Commissioner Hogan,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The Commission has sent a letter of formal notice to the Italian authorities seeking to adjust a national law in place since 1974 banning companies from using condensed & powdered milk and milk reconstituted with these ingredients in the manufacture of dairy products. Please send me a copy of this letter, as well as the response letter by the Italian authorities and any other related documents or exchange of letters or emails.
