JO HERA 2016 related documents

Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I would like to request access to the following documents - to be sent in electronic format - in relation to the Joint Operation HERA:

1. Operational Plan JO HERA 2016;
2. HandBook JO HERA 2016;
3. Evaluation Report JO HERA 2016;
4. Risk analysis or assessment produced by Frontex in relation to the implementation of the JO HERA 2016;
5. Correspondence between Frontex and other member states in relation to the JO.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'JO HERA 2016 related documents'.
I sent the request on the 2nd of November, and I received an answer on the 4th on November. In your reply you asked me to send a pdf copy of my identity card which I did on the 6th of November through my personal email ([email address]) to the following address: [email address].

Since then I didn't get any formal reply and more than fifteen days have passed.
