Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
I am writing to request an internal review of the handling of our freedom of information request of 28 April 2016 regarding the "Joint Referral Platform" (Ref: Gestdem 2016/2692). We have received several responses requesting for delays in your response. In the last reply (dated 1st June 2016), it is stated that the new time limit would expire on 27/06/2016. However, we have neither received any document nor a notification explaining why the deadline would need to be extended again.
Accordingly, I would like to know why our request has not been handled in due time.
Thank you very much in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Maryant Fernández, on behalf of EDRi
