Álvaro Merino made this access to documents request to Environment

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Environment should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Environment,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Karmenu Vella's cabinet meetings with religious lobbyists'.

In my request —apart from a list with all the meetings between the Comissioner or any other member of its Cabinet and any organisation representing churches and/or religious communities— I asked for all emails, minutes, reports or any other briefing papers related to all those meetings. These were not included in the response to my request.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/karm...
