Launch of coordinated enforcement on use of cloud by public sector

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, European Data Protection Board should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Mr. Roth,

We have noted that this week you have sent two further requests for access
to documents, in relation to the launch of coordinated enforcement on use
of cloud by public sector.

As mentioned in our previous emails attached below, at the moment the EDPB
Secretariat does not have the resources to handle all of these requests at
the same time (also taking into account other requests for access to
documents submitted by other applicants), within the legal deadlines
foreseen in Regulation 1049/2001.

Therefore we will handle these two new requests, in addition to the three
requests mentioned below in our email of 9 February, one by one at a later
stage, once we have handled your three registered requests, which are
currently still ongoing.

Please note that we may still need to contact you prior to registering
these 5 requests, in case clarifications are needed regarding the scope.

Please let us know if you oppose to this and whether you have any
questions. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Best regards,

EDPB Secretariat

Subject: [AtD] Your requests for Recommendations 2/2020; ITS documents &
Guidelines art. 48 GDPR

Dear Mr. Roth,

Thank you for your message below and for accepting that we handle your
request regarding the Recommendations 02/2020 on the European Essential
Guarantees for surveillance measures once we have handled your previous
four registered requests.

We have noted that you have in the meantime sent two further requests, one
which concerns Working Documents for Guidelines regarding Art. 48 GDPR and
another which concerns the work of the EDPB expert subgroups and in
particular the expert subgroup for international transfers.

As mentioned in our email of 21 January below, at the moment the EDPB
Secretariat does not have the resources to handle all of these requests at
the same time (also taking into account other requests for access to
documents submitted by other applicants), within the legal deadlines
foreseen in Regulation 1049/2001.

Therefore, we will handle these three requests one by one at a later
stage, once we have handled your four registered requests.

Please note that we may still need to contact you prior to registering
these requests, in case clarification are needed regarding the scope.

Please let us know if you oppose to this and whether you have any
questions. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Best regards,
