Legal advice for Philip Hammond

We're waiting for James Crisp to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Taskforce on Article 50 negotiations with the United Kingdom,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Any legal advice given by the European Commission to Philip Hammond or other British members of UK parliament with regards to the Benn Act - the law which prevents a no deal Brexit.
