Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the analysis of the European Parliament’s legal service concerning the EU’s readmission cooperation with third countries (including, but not limited to, the legal opinion on the Joint Way Forward with Afghanistan).
