Subject:          Your request of access to documents registered under
reference number 2013-incoming-001203

Dear Mr Weiss,

Thank you for your access to documents request received on 23 July 2013
registered under reference number 2013-incoming-001203.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the processing of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 13/08/2013 due to complexity of
your request, high volume of data to be examined and limited human
resources at the Agency’s disposal.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 04/09/2013.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours sincerely,

Subject:         Your request of access to documents registered under

Dear Mr Weiss,

Thank you for your access to documents request received on 23 July 2013
registered under reference number 2013-incoming-001203.

Having carefully analysed your application, we established that your
request refers to the following documents published on FRA’s website:

1.      Tenders and Contracts signed in 2004:

[1]http://fra.europa.eu/sites/default/files...

2.      Tenders and Contracts signed in 2005:

3.      Tenders and Contracts signed in 2006:

[3]http://fra.europa.eu/sites/default/files...

4.      Tenders and Contracts signed in 2007:

[4]http://fra.europa.eu/sites/default/files...

The list of contracts for period 2008 till present indicating the amount
of contract please find attached. Unfortunately, after thorough
examination we were unable to identify any document that would contain
information about “(…) contractual duration, dates of entering

into force and dates of expiry.” The amount of work involved in creating
such a list would mobilize disproportionate amount of resources in view of
the volume of the documents.

Please note that pursuant to Article 7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
you may make a confirmatory application asking FRA to reconsider its
position. Such a confirmatory application should be addressed within 15
working days upon receipt of this email to FRA general e-mail:
